Lil' Audrey's Gym
Well my recovery is going well. I go to physical therapy once a week, where Tyler kicks my butt. He has me doing so many strange exercises to strengthen my muscles around my knee. When you have surgery to repair a ligament your brain cuts off the muscles surrounding the injury. So for a while I couldn't get my quad to make a muscle and it is really small now from muscle lag. So Tyler has been helping me get my brain to make it work again. It's amazing to me how it takes years to build up a strong muscle and seconds to destroy it. But it's been kind of fun doing so much. I started to regress so Tyler said "water therapy". I was thinking great more money spent on my bum knee. But luckily I found an awesome gym. Lil' Audrey's in Ogden. This place is off the hook, it's family owned (local first right) and I just love everyone who work's there. Celeste (Audrey's daughter) is an athlete, she runs the 100 mile races (crazy) and as soon as I got there she made it her mission to get me better, if not stronger than before. With my membership I get free personal training, free daycare (huge bonus) free weight loss consulting ( she has me keep a food journal that I show to her everyday, so if I cheat she knows it) it has a pool, and tons of equipment and the best part is, it's only 27 dollars a month. I love going there it's decorated so cute and everyone is awesome. http://www.lilaudreys.net/index.html
My recovery is going great now, I swim everyday and I am doing the Wii fit at home, I love the fit it's really fun. I have almost full range of motion back, I can not only make a muscle with my quad, I am getting sore from the work. Tyler says that's really good! And to top it all off I am losing weight woo hoo.
Scott has been so awesome during all this, he has taken on 4 job's. His job with OAC, taking care of me when I am to sore or swollen to get out of bed, taking care of Sebastian (full time job in itself) and he does 90% of the house work. He really is super Dado, husband, motivator. So to repay him I am watching a lot of football, and getting into the game. And listening to a lot of hip hop and rapp, which I never really liked. But I have to say I am loving JayZ his song the Threat has been my anthem for my recovery. Any time I feel like I can't do it I think of that song and I "Get that dirt off my shoulders". He loves that I am sharing some of his interest and I love giving back to him, I really think it has brought us closer. I at least know he is keeping 2 vows sickness and in health, and richer or poorer.
Thank you to everyone, for you help and for thinking and praying for me to get better. I really have felt loved by everyone in my life...Your all the best...

Surgery
My sweet husband fell on me from a latter in August. He fell because the light fixture he was trying to take down cut him very badly, he needed 15 stitches. During all the chaos I hurt my knee as well, at the time we didn't think much of it. We were trying to stop the bleeding from the massive cut on Scott's arm.
My knee buckled and was sore, but it never really swelled or showed signs of a serious injury. So I put on a ace bandage and walked with a limp. Well a month goes by and its still not better so I go to see the Doc. After x-ray and MRI turns out I ruptured my ACL. What... I never heard a pop and my knee was barly swollen, I thought it so strange the ligament tore and I didn't swell or bruise.
Well surgery was needed (yikes) I don't like the thought of being put "under" six months of rehab is needed, and here's the worse part of it all. NO SKIING!!! I was crushed, and the poor Dr had to watch someone he just meet cry like a little baby, and I did I balled. What a boob I was. We had already bought season passes to powder mountain and I can't use them. I even asked if we could just put a really good brace on and do the surgery after ski season. His reply was sure if you want to tare your PCL too. What a bummer, Powder Mountain was nice enough to give us a refund on my pass. And Scott bought me a Wii what a sweety.
The surgery went well it's been three days, and although my knee is the size of a basketball and hurts, the Dr says I should heal fine.
Everyone around us has been so awesome. Helping out with Baz and making us meals, if not we would starve I'm not sure Scott can cook anything but meat.
Sue and Dad have watched Baz and she made this Lasagna that was so yummy. Jamie also brought us this yummy chicken dish, we all had seconds. Kerin was so awesome to she took Baz to play and came over to sit with me and help me pee, while Scott went to the U game with Josh. And Troy took Baz to play with his kids, so he wasn't just watching TV. Steve and Myrna bought me pretty roses and wished they could be closer to help, which made me feel awesome you it's the thought that counts. And Chris and Julia called Scott and texted me a ton to make sure I was okay, awesome friends
Thank you so much everyone for being there for us you have helped make things much easier since I am still stuck in bed.
Love you all for all the help
I will keep you posted on the rehab

Moab
We had so much fun in Moab, I didn't want to leave. Every where we went was amazing, with the coolest history. We went Hiking everyday, took a trip down the Colorado River. Drove through the most breathe taking place I have ever been. Sebastian was such a good little hiker, he was able to keep up on so pretty hard terrain and most of the hikes we 3 or more miles each. I am so proud of him, he loved all the lizards and woodland animals there was to see. And the cabin we stayed in had a pool, mini golf, life sized checkers and horse shoes, and a play ground it was awesome.
Scott loves it there he's like a kid in a candy store there, I just loved watching him get excited about every place we saw.
It was an amazing trip and we can't wait to go back

Dinner with Friends
We had such a good time in Park City. Baz and I went to the Alpine slide and coaster, we road it about 50 times. Got a nice sunburn, but who cares it was a blast. We played in the pool at the hotel, of course Baz is a fish so he loved it. There was a steam room and sauna that I used everyday we were there. Had dinner with friends (Stacey,Paul, and Gene) at Grappa's. Not great food , but the company was great.
Scott and I celebrated our 7th wedding anniversary. What a great husband I have, I am so proud to stand by his side.
Love you Babe
What a great little get away to the mountain

Wired World
Sebastian and I were snuggling today, when he asked me if I had a baby in my belly. I told him no. He asked if I would have a baby soon? I told him no, and then asked if he would like to have a brother or sister? He lite up and said "oh yeah"
I asked if he would like to adopt. He said yeah let's go look online...
What a wired world we live

Vacation
We had so much fun in Arizona. We saw the best Zoo I've ever seen, went to amusement park's, a boat tour, Baseball game where Baz got a broken bat, and fun in the sun. Arizona is so beautiful we just love it there.
Baz was a pill at times, he is always testing how far the limits are and as much of a pain it is I know that it's what makes Baz who he is. I am sure it will serve him later in life.
It's so nice to see him with his Nana and Big Papa too. He always misses them so much when we get home.
Can't wait to go again

What fun it is to be in love...
Scott and I have been married 7 years this coming August. And what a ride we have had, 4 states, 1 child, 3 dogs, 1 ferret, 4 cars, a mountain of debt. But the memories are so heart warming.
When we married many thought we should have waited, to get to know each other better. And there has been some rocky roads but, when I look back at our lives and especially today, we are still crazy in love with each other. Now we just know how to avoid each others buttons (or not).
My husband is so wonderful for me and to me. I couldn't ask for more. He has given me so much love and support, even though I am crazy most of the time. And what a wonderful son we have. To see Scott as a Daddy (Dado), it feels as if time has stopped.
I am so happy with where we are in our lives and as a couple. And I can't wait to see what the next 7 years will bring.
I love you Scott

Man I'm lazy
I haven't posted since January... But we are always on the go... Sebastian has me running... And I started running again so my free time is no longer spent in front of the computer.
Not much new in our lives, Sebastian is doing great in preschool. He just loves it. Scott is doing great at work he really has a nak for selling, I am so proud of him. The dogs are driving me nuts, but now that it's warm out we can get them out more. As for me I have started a new workout regime, to get ready for swimsuit season
We had a fun winter of skiing, tons of snow...but I am really for spring, I started cleaning up the yard and Scott has dug out all the rose bushes so we are ready to plant.
So really nothing much to tell, The Feldman's are happy and healthy...

Whit my Dearest Friend
When we moved here 2 years ago little did I know how powerful my neighbor would be. I have found an wonderful person, who I can call my dearest and best friend, Whit. She is so wonderful and I am so greatful for the gift's she gives.
I have felt compelled to put this on my blog because no matter what I do Whit LOVES me for ME and that is so rare. So for any of you who happen to know Whit, you are blessed and for those who do not, she is a shinning star in a world of dark.
Whitney Thank You so much for alway's being my friend, shoulder, and just a wonderful Mirror to show me how I can never see passed my own nose, and loving me anyway.
You are the coolest person I know besides the Almighty.
Thanks again
